Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to MojiPop, an emoji puzzle game developed by the app owner (see contact below). These Terms of Service govern your use of the MojiPop mobile application and related services. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using MojiPop, you:

• Confirm you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement

3. Description of Service

MojiPop is an emoji puzzle game that allows users to play emoji-based puzzles, complete daily challenges, create and send custom puzzles to friends, and earn MojiPops by watching rewarded ads or completing daily challenges.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information at sign-up
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You may not share credentials or create multiple accounts
• You may not impersonate others

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the app for illegal activities or to violate any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create or send puzzles with offensive, abusive, sexual, or harmful content
• Spam or send unsolicited puzzle requests
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Share false or misleading information
• Violate intellectual property rights

6. User Content

You retain ownership of puzzle content you create. You grant us a licence to use your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is appropriate.

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

Nickname Policy: Nicknames must not contain offensive, abusive, hateful, or inappropriate language. Any account found to have a nickname that violates this policy will be suspended and permanently deleted without prior notice.

To help keep MojiPop safe, we provide the following tools accessible by long-pressing any friend card in the Friends screen:

• Report: Submit a report if a friend sends you a puzzle with offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content. Reports are reviewed by us and appropriate action will be taken.
• Block: Block a user to remove them from your friends list and prevent them from finding or adding you. Blocking is immediate and permanent unless you choose to add them again.

7. Advertisements

MojiPop displays advertisements via Google AdMob. Non-personalised ads are shown by default. EU and UK users will be shown a consent dialog before personalised ads are served. You can earn Pops (in-app virtual currency with no real-world value) by watching rewarded ads or maintaining a daily login streak.

8. Intellectual Property

MojiPop and all its features are our intellectual property. All content — including graphics, sounds, and puzzles — is owned by the app owner. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we limit our liability.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

11. International Users

• EU users: Additional rights under EU consumer protection laws; data processing governed by GDPR
• UK users: UK consumer protection laws apply; data processing follows UK GDPR
• US users: Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration where legally permitted

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the app with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
